In this vital full-time role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes, from initial candidate outreach to final onboarding preparations. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and assessments between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple departments and time zones.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters, rejection emails, and interview confirmations.
- Assist with candidate sourcing activities by identifying potential candidates on various platforms and databases.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support background check and reference check processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.
- Collaborate closely with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding preparations for new hires, including gathering necessary paperwork and coordinating initial communications.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices, HR policies, and employment laws.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or recruitment assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
