Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about Veselības centrs 4's medical services, procedures, and specialists to patients and clients.
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, helping them understand treatment options and available resources.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues or escalating them as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Educate patients on preventative health measures and promote overall well-being.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance medical knowledge and advisory skills.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English.
