Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels (e.g., email, social media, local press, branch promotions).
  • Manage and enhance our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and actively interacting with our online community on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and edit engaging content for diverse marketing materials, including website updates, blog posts, property listings descriptions, press releases, and promotional flyers.
  • Coordinate and support promotional activities, including local events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring maximum brand exposure and positive ROI.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, preparing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the effective management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, lettings, and administrative teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and brand messaging remains consistent.

Required Skills
