Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in creating engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website assets.
- Learn and apply BombBomb's brand guidelines consistently across all visual materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design projects.
- Develop proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Support the creation of internal communications, presentations, and other corporate design needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Receive and implement feedback from senior designers, continuously refining design skills and understanding.
- Research design trends and best practices to contribute fresh perspectives to the team.
- Assist with basic photo editing, image manipulation, and graphic preparation for various platforms.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles (e.g., typography, color theory, layout).
- Familiarity with at least one graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
- Strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
