Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all aspects of the Graduate Trainee Program, including structured learning modules, workshops, and project assignments.
- Rotate through various departments and business units to gain comprehensive understanding of Lafarge Africa’s operations and strategic objectives.
- Support assigned teams in daily operational tasks, project execution, and data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Prepare and present reports on progress, findings, and recommendations for assigned projects.
- Seek and respond to feedback constructively to enhance personal and professional development.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Upper) or HND (minimum Upper Credit) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial), Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or exemption.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to new environments and learn quickly.
