Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis for the Swiss market.
- Support the development and implementation of country-specific business strategies and action plans.
- Shadow senior managers in client meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements to learn effective relationship management.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis for various business units.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards on market performance, business trends, and project progress.
- Participate actively in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, expanding market penetration, or developing new business opportunities.
- Learn and strictly adhere to ABB's global standards, policies, ethical guidelines, and all relevant local regulations.
- Build and maintain initial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering a network crucial for future growth.
- Identify and explore potential growth areas for ABB within the Swiss market, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for data interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in at least one official Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian).
