Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Account Managers in managing and growing client portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to propose suitable Vodacom products and services.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports under guidance.
  • Support sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
  • Help resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Vodacom's evolving product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
