Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing clear directions and information as needed.
- Assist with event setup, including arranging seating, signage, and equipment.
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and an organized environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Distribute promotional materials, programs, or other necessary items to attendees.
- Assist with crowd management and flow to maintain an optimal guest experience.
- Support event coordinators with various tasks as assigned, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Participate in event breakdown and clean-up activities post-event.
