Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials and market offerings with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using a point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Offer expert recommendations for food and wine pairings, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our menu and beverage list.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to special requests, dietary restrictions, and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, ensuring tables are properly set and cleared.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Required Skills
