Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and delivery orders.
- Perform accurate data entry into logistics management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, clients, and external service providers (e.g., transporters, customs agents).
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates on their status to relevant stakeholders.
- Help manage inventory records and support warehouse operations as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations on logistical activities and performance metrics.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Support the resolution of logistical issues and discrepancies under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance logistics knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
