Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with institutional standards.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, trend identification, root cause analysis, and predictive modeling to inform strategic decisions related to patient care, operations, and finance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical findings.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, including clinical, administrative, and executive teams, through compelling presentations and detailed written reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define data analytics projects, and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions.
