Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label various products according to order specifications.
- Verify product counts and ensure correct items are prepared for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Load and unload materials and products from pallets, racks, and trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and order details.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months of experience in a warehouse, production, or similar physical labor environment.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or scanning devices.
