Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and inform content strategy.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and other on-page elements for search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, site speed, mobile responsiveness).
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and optimize local SEO listings, including Google My Business, to attract guests searching for local experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Analyze user behavior and search intent to inform content creation and improve overall website user experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of improving organic search performance.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core SEO principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly.
- Experience with content optimization and keyword research methodologies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture for technical SEO purposes.
