Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain budgetary records.
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by branch management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant (2+ years).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
