Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, brochures, flyers, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate client messages and achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate remotely with the marketing, content, and project management teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure design solutions align with overall strategy.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines and design standards for various clients.
  • Present design concepts and rationales clearly to internal teams and, when required, directly to clients, incorporating feedback constructively.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring technical specifications are met.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience with design for digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
