Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Program and Project Managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, workshops, and program events.
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and assist with monitoring project progress.
- Facilitate communication channels between various stakeholders and team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in project management systems.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting processes.
- Onboard new team members to program tools and processes.
- Assist with research and information gathering as required for program initiatives.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
