Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Assist clients with safe mobility and transfers, including ambulation and use of assistive devices.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying living areas, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
- Provide companionship and engaging social interaction, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Assist with medication reminders, ensuring clients take their prescribed medications on schedule.
- Accurately observe, document, and report any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or cognitive status to the supervising nurse.
- Run essential errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions, as needed, while adhering to company policies and client preferences.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to individual client needs.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols.

- Must be eligible for work visa sponsorship (e.g., possess relevant qualifications and be able to pass background checks and health screenings).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience (6+ months) in a caregiving, personal assistant, home health aide, or similar role.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the diverse community (e.g., Spanish, Armenian, Korean).
- Familiarity with documenting care electronically and using mobile care management apps.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
