Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both internally and for clients.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support users with common software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and internal business tools.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Assist in basic network monitoring and contribute to identifying potential connectivity issues.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides clearly and concisely.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve complex IT challenges and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company IT policies and security protocols to protect data and systems.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software (Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications).
