Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Operate the hotel's property management system (PMS) and other front office software.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, concierge) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
