Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in rotational assignments across various departments to gain comprehensive business understanding.
- Support assigned teams in daily operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum of Second Class Upper Division)
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
