Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior supervisors in overseeing daily field operations and activities.
  • Learn and adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Support the coordination and allocation of resources (personnel, equipment) for various tasks.
  • Monitor work progress in the field, identifying any deviations from plans or safety concerns.
  • Participate in on-site inspections and hazard assessments.
  • Assist with data collection and basic reporting on operational performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between field teams and management.
  • Provide immediate support in resolving minor operational issues under guidance.
  • Engage actively in training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among field personnel.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Portuguese preferred).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
