Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior supervisors in overseeing daily field operations and activities.
- Learn and adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Support the coordination and allocation of resources (personnel, equipment) for various tasks.
- Monitor work progress in the field, identifying any deviations from plans or safety concerns.
- Participate in on-site inspections and hazard assessments.
- Assist with data collection and basic reporting on operational performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between field teams and management.
- Provide immediate support in resolving minor operational issues under guidance.
- Engage actively in training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among field personnel.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Portuguese preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
