Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and corporate clients.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions (deposits, loans, investments, wealth management, digital banking).
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market share.
- Achieve and exceed set sales, revenue, and client satisfaction targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and excellent service delivery.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and prepare comprehensive proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
