Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Efficiently take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, bars, and event spaces.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces for various functions, including concerts, weddings, and private parties.
- Restock bar and serving stations as needed, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and discretion.
