As a Parking Lot Support Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, playing a crucial role in managing traffic flow, providing directions, and assisting with any parking-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicle traffic and guide drivers to available parking spaces in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with parking payment systems, and offering directions.
- Monitor parking lot activity to identify and report any suspicious behavior, unauthorized parking, or safety hazards.
- Assist with crowd control and pedestrian safety, particularly during peak hours or special events.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter undesirable activities and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken signage, lighting, or litter, to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the parking areas.
- Operate basic parking equipment or technology as required (e.g., handheld radios, gate controls).
- Collaborate with security personnel and site management to address immediate concerns and maintain overall site security.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, adhering to established protocols and contacting emergency services when necessary.
