Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replacing amenities.
- Ensure all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Restock and organize carts with supplies, linens, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, hallways, and service closets.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and disposal of waste.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
