Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and active prospecting to expand client base.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of property values, market trends, and competitive landscape in Abuja.
- Showcase and market properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare property offers, contracts, and other sales-related documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with legal and financial professionals to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track client interactions, and monitor sales pipeline.
