Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks related to fruit cultivation, including planting, pruning, thinning, and weeding.

- Assist with the packing and preparation of harvested fruit for dispatch, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision, if required.
- Adhere strictly to all farm health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with farm supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
