Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining financial and client data into various software systems and databases.
  • Performing comprehensive data checks and cross-referencing to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Processing invoices, receipts, expense claims, and other financial documents with precision and adherence to company protocols.
  • Organising, categorising, and archiving both physical and electronic documents efficiently according to established company policy.
  • Assisting with a range of general administrative duties, including meticulous filing, high-volume scanning, photocopying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Responding to internal inquiries related to data, document retrieval, and record status with professionalism.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and company confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Preparing routine reports and summaries from processed data as required by management and senior accountants.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow, mutual support, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and updating client information proactively, ensuring all records are current, complete, and reflect the latest details.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry and processing, preferably within a professional office or financial services setting.
