Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the retail and field channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Aluu, Port Harcourt market to maximize market share and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, assess market conditions, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in all retail outlets.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback and proposing proactive measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by the sales team.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Manage sales budgets, promotional activities, and resource allocation efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales supervision or a similar leadership role in FMCG.
