Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in structured training modules and workshops designed to enhance industry knowledge and soft skills.
  • Contribute to real-time projects and initiatives across various departments, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Rotate through different business units to gain a holistic understanding of Oando’s operations and the energy value chain.
  • Support senior team members in daily tasks, research, and analysis to meet departmental objectives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Adhere strictly to Oando’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Engage actively in mentorship sessions and seek feedback for continuous personal and professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1) in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, or Business-related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative.
