Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and location.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and replenish products as needed.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and clearly labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment in assigned sections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and issue receipts.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
