Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager (Gestor de Programa) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is an immediate start opportunity for a seasoned professional ready to lead complex, multi-faceted programs that drive significant business impact for our clients. As a Program Manager at Accenture, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating large-scale projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale, complex programs from inception to completion.
- Define program scope, objectives, governance, and operating models in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee multiple project streams and ensure seamless integration and coordination across all program components.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain robust program management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between various projects within the program.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, managing large and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with global or international program management.
