Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing surfaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Organize and stock housekeeping carts with supplies, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and other common areas.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Comply with all hotel and brand standards regarding room setup and presentation.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Basic verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or commercial setting.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Punjabi) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
