Job Description
As a Remote Product Manager for Global Brand at Walmart Global Tech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key products that define our global brand experience across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for global brand-focused initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and operations teams to deliver products that meet brand standards and business goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and end-of-life planning.
- Utilize A/B testing, user research, and data analytics to validate hypotheses, inform product decisions, and measure product performance.
- Ensure product solutions align with overall company strategy, brand guidelines, and international compliance standards.
- Communicate product updates, performance, and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders across various departments and regions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your product domain, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on global consumer-facing products or brands.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products in an e-commerce or large-scale consumer platform environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and lean product principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with global market entry strategies, localization, and international product development.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
