Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and virtual meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using various software.
- Handle email correspondence and other communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct online research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Coordinate virtual events and conferences, including technical setup and participant management.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and multiple departments.
- Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address them.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
