Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently, resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing development plans.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring products are well-displayed and shelves are stocked.
- Contribute to inventory management, including stock checks, deliveries, and minimising shrinkage.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing product knowledge and sales technique training to the team.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement strategies for sales growth and operational improvements.
- Act as a role model for professional conduct, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a retail sales environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Relevant certifications in retail management or customer service excellence.
