Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria and serving areas, including dining tables and condiment stations.
- Assist with stocking food items, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
