Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on specials, and answer questions regarding food preparation, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, courteously, and professionally to guests.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for new guests.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and respond promptly to additional requests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for daily service and special events.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
