Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Check in with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
