Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to program managers and team members, ensuring smooth operation of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of program documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collect, organize, and maintain program data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and field activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of program activities, gathering feedback and assisting with basic data analysis.
- Communicate effectively with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders under supervision.
- Undertake field visits as required to support program implementation and gather on-the-ground insights.
- Adhere to KRCS policies, procedures, and the fundamental principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
Required Skills
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to humanitarian efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (recently graduated candidates are encouraged).
- Volunteer experience with a non-profit organization or community group.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the socio-cultural context of Kuwait.
