Key Responsibilities
- Promote and educate customers on First Bank's digital banking products and services (e.g., Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, USSD, ATM functionalities).
- Assist customers with onboarding, registration, and activation of digital channels.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital banking issues, resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Proactively identify customer needs and cross-sell/up-sell relevant digital solutions to enhance their banking experience.
- Monitor digital adoption rates and work towards achieving established targets for digital channel usage within the branch.
- Gather and relay customer feedback regarding digital products to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for both customers and branch staff on new digital features and updates.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies related to digital banking operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
