As our Creative Director for Music Campaigns, you will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of all creative assets for our music-focused projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire creative process for music campaigns from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client vision and strategic objectives.
  • Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts, strategies, and visual storytelling for diverse music artists, labels, and related brands.
  • Direct and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Present creative pitches and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the strategic rationale and artistic vision behind campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of all creative assets, including album art, music videos, social media content, digital ads, tour visuals, merchandise designs, and promotional materials.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and guide creative talent.

  • Profound understanding of music industry dynamics, artist branding, and fan engagement strategies.
