Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Event Decorator with a strong flair for design and hands-on setup expertise to join our dynamic team. As an Event Decorator at The Decor Hub, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and executing stunning decor schemes for various events. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand event themes, preferences, budget, and desired ambiance.
- Develop innovative and cohesive decor concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and visual presentations.
- Source and select decor elements such as floral arrangements, lighting, drapery, furniture, props, and custom fabrication.
- Create detailed decor plans, timelines, and budget estimations for each project.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of all decor items.
- Lead and participate in the physical setup and installation of decor elements at various event venues.
- Oversee the teardown and removal of decor items post-event, ensuring careful handling and storage.
- Maintain inventory of decor supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
- Stay updated with current event design trends, materials, and techniques.
- Ensure all decor installations meet safety standards and company quality benchmarks.
