Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communications.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
  • Help manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel allocation.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring under the guidance of a Project Manager.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Learn and apply best practices in project management methodologies.
