Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for Crystal Bridges' music programs and events.
  • Manage and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) with a focus on music-related promotions.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling digital content, including blog posts, email newsletters, website updates, and video snippets highlighting musical artists and performances.
  • Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, media advisories, and outreach materials for music-focused announcements and artist collaborations.
  • Conduct market research on current music trends, audience demographics, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for brand exposure.
  • Assist with on-site event promotion, including coordination of promotional materials and interaction with attendees.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including programming, communications, and digital media, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
  • Support general marketing tasks and administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operation of departmental initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, Arts Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated passion for music, arts, and cultural institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and an understanding of their role in brand building.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
