Job Description
The Mandeville Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Catering Staff to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings, according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner during events and within designated dining areas.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness of all catering and food service areas, including kitchens, dining rooms, and banquet halls.
- Restock supplies, replenish serving stations, and ensure all necessary equipment is available and in good working order.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event planners, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting any shortages or damaged equipment.
- Execute breakdown and cleanup tasks efficiently after events, ensuring proper storage of equipment and disposal of waste.
