Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding financial inquiries.
- Perform data entry and verification tasks.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
- Adhere to all company financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (demonstrated through coursework or self-study).
