Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with the organization and tidiness of common office areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities.
  • Provide front desk coverage, welcoming guests and directing inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set-ups, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functional.
  • Assist with basic IT support and troubleshooting for office equipment, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Handle routine correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Support event coordination for internal meetings, workshops, or social gatherings.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by senior administrative staff or department managers.
