Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from fitness club owners and members with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding account inquiries, billing, and product features.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps for common software and payment processing issues.
  • Document all interactions clearly and concisely within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
