Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and optimize appointment schedules, ensuring efficient booking and minimal wait times.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Process client payments accurately using POS systems and manage daily till reconciliation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting lounge.
  • Assist stylists and therapists with client preparation and salon upkeep as required.
  • Introduce and recommend salon services and retail products to clients.
  • Manage client records and ensure all contact information and preferences are up-to-date.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve minor issues or complaints professionally.
  • Prepare refreshments for clients and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
  • Monitor and manage salon inventory of retail products and supplies.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and social media updates as directed by management.
